Position: Office Manager

Job Description:

The Office Manager is responsible for the management of the office and staff. This position will manage the day-to-day operations of the office and assist in the management of the staff.

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage office staff, including scheduling, training, and coaching.
  • Ensure that all employees are provided with a professional level of communication.
  • Ensure that office supplies are being replenished and managed.
  • Ensure that office is kept clean and tidy at all times.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all required documents are being completed on time.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all required procedures are being followed.
  • Ensure that office is kept stocked with supplies at all times.
  • Manage inventory control procedures at all times.
  • Maintain a clean environment in the office at all times.
  • Perform daily cleaning duties as assigned by management.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Skills & Requirements:
·Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with high pressure and multitasking skills. Must be able to work under pressure and with urgency when required by management. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel), excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, willingness to learn new software programs as necessary, willingness to work as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.25 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
